Payment info change process

You are free to update your payment information at any point on Videoslots' partners platform by going to My Account / Payment information / Edit.

However, kindly note that whenever you enter new bank details, our Financial department will need to receive a bank statement copy in order to verify that the information entered is correct. Important information: we will not be able to process any further commission payment until we have received the bank statement copy.

You can send the bank statement copy to affiliates@videoslots.com, or directly to your Affiliate Manager.

The bank statement has to show the following information: 

  • Bank Name
  • Account name (or beneficiary name)
  • Bank Swift
  • IBAN
